in collaboration with the Association of Ghana Startups

Creating structured opportunities for graduates to gain hands‑on work experience within Ghana's startup ecosystem while supporting startups with talent, innovation, and operational capacity.

About the Program

bridging graduates and startups

The TechServe Employability Program is an initiative implemented by the Association of Ghana Startups (AGS) in partnership with AFOS Foundation and WERise Network supported by the DigiVibe Project with the aim to bridge the gap between young graduates seeking practical industry experience and startup companies in Ghana looking for skilled Young professionals.
The program creates structured opportunities for graduates to gain hands-on work experience within Ghana’s startup ecosystem while supporting startups with talent, innovation, and operational capacity.
National Service Personnel are connected to startup companies across sectors including technology, agribusiness, fintech, healthtech, logistics, creative industries, climate innovation, education, and other digital services.
