About the JC Program
DigiVibe promotes workplace equity by connecting women with tech-relevant job opportunities through its Junior Consultancy (JC) program. Targeting female graduates in business, computer science, and related fields, the initiative offers mentorship, networking, and capacity-building to enhance career readiness.
"Over two years, the JC program will place at least 400 women in tech-relevant national service positions while providing career awareness training to many more through outreach initiatives."
