Who We Are
Digivibe: Bridging the Gender Gap in Tech
DigiVibe promotes workplace equity by connecting women with tech-relevant job opportunities through its Junior Consultancy (JC) program. Targeting female graduates in business, computer science, and related fields, the initiative offers mentorship, networking, and capacity-building to enhance career readiness. Training in soft skills, including business etiquette and time management, addresses key workplace gaps. Over two years, at least 200 women will secure national service placements, with opportunities for full-time roles, while many more will gain awareness of tech careers through training and outreach.

At DigiVibe, we’re committed to creating a gender-inclusive digital landscape by training and placing women in high-impact ICT roles. Through our programs, we empower women to learn, connect, and thrive in the tech industry.

Our Vision
Our vision is to empower 1,000+ women with ICT skills and mentorship, bridging the gender gap in Ghana’s tech industry by 2025. We envision a future where women are equally represented in tech roles and leadership positions.
