About the Program

The TechServe Employability Program is an initiative by the Association of Ghana Startups (AGS). The program creates structured opportunities for graduates to gain hands-on work experience within Ghana's startup ecosystem while supporting startups with talent, innovation, and operational capacity. Through this initiative, AGS serves as a coordinating and placement body, connecting National Service Personnel with startup companies across sectors including technology, agribusiness, fintech, healthtech, logistics, creative industries, climate innovation, education, and other digital services.

About the Association of Ghana Startups (AGS)

Complete AGS membership, onboarding and profiling – submit role descriptions, provide supervision, commit to standards.
